Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: How Are Shipping Costs Are Determined?
A: The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.

If you are shipping to an address in the United States, we show an estimated shipping cost In your shopping cart. If you are shipping to an APO / FPO address or an address outside the United States, you will see your actual shipping cost during checkout. 

 

Q. I have received the following message: “Your card was declined by PayPal Direct Payment…”

A. This message occurs when the credit card information you have entered is incorrect.  Go back to the “Billing Information” screen.  Enter all of the information exactly as it appears on your credit card.  If the problem persists, contact us to complete your order.

 

Q. What is the Credit Card Security Code (CVV) required with the credit card info?

A. The Credit Card Security Code, or CVV, is a three-digit security code printed on the back of Discover, MasterCard & Visa credit cards in reverse italics in the card's signature panel.

 

Q. Do you have a printed catalog?

A. Sorry, we do not offer a printed catalog at this time.   We are constantly adding pictures, new products, etc. to this website.  If there is a product online that does not have a picture, and you would like to see one, please email info@meekma.com with the product’s item number, and we will do our best to put a picture of the product on the website.

 

Q. How do I find what I am looking for?

A. You can use our Search Box, located in the upper left of the Home page. Type in the manufacturer, scale, or any keywords that might identify the product that you are looking for, then click on the ‘SEARCH’ button. This will give you a list of products that match your search criteria. Or scroll down the Categories List under the Search Box on the left side of our website.

 

Q. What if the product that I want is not on the website?

A. If you cannot find a specific product that you want, send us a special request.  Provide as many details as possible.  We will work with our network of manufacturers and distributors to find the item you want.

 

Q. Do you have all items in stock all the time?

A. While we attempt to keep our listings up-to-date, this website does not currently support real-time inventory.  As such, items displayed may not be in stock at the time of your order.  Many of our items are produced in limited quantities and/or may require long lead-times for ordering.  In the event that we are unable to obtain an item, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you by e-mail.  For items that require long lead-times we will contact the manufacturer/distributor to obtain an estimated delivery date, we will then contact you via e-mail to confirm that you wish to proceed with the order.

 

Q. In what currency are your prices displayed?

A. All prices on this website are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

 

Q. For what ages are your products intended?

A.  All items listed on this website are intended for use by a responsible adult.  Scale models and toys are considered adult collectibles and are not intended for children unless specifically stated in the product description.

 

Q. Can I order by phone or fax?

A. We do not offer telephone or fax ordering at this time.
