STATE SALES TAX:

All orders shipped to addresses in Florida are subject to Florida state sales tax. Sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.

SHIPPING POLICIES AND DELIVERY TIMES:
All orders will be processed within one business day. All orders are subject to product availability and/or credit approval. Many of our items are produced in limited quantities and/or may require long lead times for ordering. In the event that we are unable to obtain an item, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you by e-mail. For items that require long lead times we will contact the manufacturer/distributor to obtain an estimated delivery date, we will then contact you via e-mail to confirm that you wish to proceed with the order. All orders are shipped complete once all items are received at our facility. If an item is out-of-stock or backordered, it will be shipped once it is received at our facility. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

    SATISFACTION GUARANTEE/RETURNS: You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of purchase (for any reason excluding damage incurred due to misuse or negligence on the part of the buyer) for replacement, or refund of the purchase price. Exceptions are items noted as special order or non-returnable in their descriptions. These items cannot be returned unless we have made an error on your order, or the product is defective.

    IMPORTANT: If your merchandise was DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT: keep the original shipping carton and immediately e-mail us at info@meekma.com. We will assist you in filing a damage claim with the shipper. If possible, take good quality pictures showing the damage to the shipping carton and the contents. To return a purchase, contact us first for an RMA (Return Merchandise Autorization). Items returned to us without an RMA will not be credited. To expedite the handling of your return, please follow the steps below (Please note: these steps are required to receive credit for your return):

    • DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT
    • Contact us to request an RMA number
    • Using a copy of the sales receipt / packing list included with your shipment, indicate the following:
      • Your reason for returning the item (i.e.: wrong item ordered, wrong item shipped, item damaged upon receipt, defective item, changed your mind, etc.).
      • Whether you would like a refund or replacement item
      • your RMA number
    • Enclose the sales receipt / packing list (as completed above) with the item you are returning in the original package
    • If you are returning your item for reasons other than defective/damaged in shipment merchandise, the item must be in it's original package in salable condition
    • Please use the original packing materials to protect your item from damage
    • Carefully repack and seal the package tightly
    • RETURN your package (Prepaid please. C.O.D.s will not be accepted)
    • For your protection, insure the package for its full value.
    • Be sure to obtain a tracking number from your shipper.
    • OPTIONAL: You may also want to get delivery confirmation service.

      Once we receive your return, we will either credit your credit card account for the original purchase price (less shipping charges) or ship a replacement item. Replacement items are subject to availability. In the event that the replacement item you want is no longer available, we will credit your original purchase price (less shipping charges) to your credit card. We will reimburse all shipping charges, including return shipping costs, should we determine that we made an error on your order or the product is defective. Reimbursement for return shipping costs will be limited to the cost for ground shipping plus the cost of shipping insurance for the value of the item(s) returned. Please, keep your shipping receipts until you have received credit for your return.

    ERRORS:

    While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. In the event of an error, we will notify you in advance of shipment of your purchase. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order or canceling it within the period stated in the notice. If we do not receive your response within the stated period, your order will be canceled.
